High resolution, compact, voice coil stages with up to 50.8 mm of travel, with no force or velocity ripple for very smooth motion, are ideal for precise motion control applications such as scanning, lens grinding, and laser and mirror positioning. Cross roller bearings can be implemented within the system to further eliminate sources of vibration. These motion control stages offer high force output per weight, and footprint. Linear Stepper Stages from H2W Technologies
Traveling at speeds up to 80 in/sec. [2 m/sec], with stroke lengths to 144 in. [3.6 m], and acceleration to 1G, these 2 and 4 phase linear steppers are ideal for: Pick-and-place, wire bonding, parts transfer, semiconductor wafer handling, inspection machines, and other robotic applications. Four models offered 2 lbs [9 N], 6 lbs. [27 N], 10 lbs. [45 N] and 20 lbs [89 N] of continuous force. Eight Axis Vertical Gantry
The vertical gantry design provides a stable and accurate motion platform for high-cycle pick and place applications. The linear motors offer almost maintenance-free operation and will not develop backlash problems associated with high-cycle use.
